Gemma Rogers is a seasoned Senior Human Resources Strategic Leader and Business Partner, currently serving as the Global People & Culture Director. With a robust history of working for global companies, Gemma has successfully driven change through HR Business Partnering, Transformations, Organisational Design, Culture, and Talent Management. Previously, they held positions as Senior HR Business Partner at Mars and Camelot, HR Manager at Memec, HR Generalist at Madge Networks, and Vice President of Human Resources for International operations at SirsiDynix. Gemma is also pursuing an MCIPD degree at Buckinghamshire New University.
