Jelena Simic

Jelena Simic is an experienced professional in talent acquisition and recruitment, currently serving as a Talent Acquisition Partner at Mars. Previously, Jelena held roles such as Recruitment and Career Development Specialist and Group Leadership Development & Academy at Generali, as well as Recruitment Consultant at Adecco Serbia. Early career experience includes working as a Psychologist at World Vision and as a Psychologist and researcher at the Center for Crime Prevention and After Incarceration Care - NEOSTART. Jelena holds a Master's Degree in Clinical Psychology from the University of Belgrade and has advanced training in Rational Emotive Behavior Therapy from the Albert Ellis Institute's Affiliated Training Center in Belgrade.
