Joanna Janus has extensive experience in financial operations and process management, currently serving as a Process Owner for Invoice to Pay in Europe, Russia, the Middle East, and Africa at Mars since October 2014. In this role, Joanna focuses on blueprinting, enabling end-to-end cross-functional collaboration, driving process standardization, implementing tools such as VIM and CORA, and improving key performance indicators. Previous roles at Mars include Governance & Control Manager, Financial Operations Manager, Regional Finance Manager, and Manager of Financial Operations AR, with responsibilities ranging from enhancing governance environments and leading finance transformations to talent development and remediation of audit reports. Joanna began their career at Coloplast as a Senior Accountant from August 2010 to September 2014. Joanna holds a Master's degree in Business, Economics, and Management from Uniwersytet Szczeciński, earned in 2010.
