Katy Finlayson

Katy Finlayson is an experienced supply chain and operations professional, currently serving as the European Demand Planning Director and Supply Chain Director at Mars since March 2023. Prior to this role, Katy was the Factory General Manager at pladis Global from November 2021 to March 2023, and held multiple positions at Mars from February 2011 to November 2021, including Planning Manager Europe and Plant Manager and Site Director. Katy's career began at Kraft Foods, where key roles included Utilities Manager and Continuous Improvement Engineer. Katy completed a degree in Chemical Engineering at the University of Bath from 2001 to 2006.
