Kirsty Dickinson (nee Thomas) has extensive experience in talent acquisition and recruitment, currently serving as a Talent Acquisition Partner at Mars since December 2021. Prior to this role, Kirsty worked at Michael Page for five years, where positions included Business Manager, Managing Consultant, Senior Recruitment Consultant, and Marketing Recruitment Consultant, focusing on recruiting marketing roles for FMCG and consumer-facing businesses in the Northern Home Counties. Earlier in Kirsty’s career, notable positions included Head of Economics and Business Studies at the London Borough of Barnet and Teacher of Business Studies & ICT at St. Mary's Catholic High School. Kirsty's experience also includes a role as a Receptionist at the University of Hertfordshire and as a Marketing & Research Assistant & Sales Executive at WW Magazines.
