As Global President, Loic leads the growing Petcare segment of Mars. Through comprehensive veterinary care, nutrition, diagnostics, wearable health monitoring, DNA testing and platform businesses, Mars Petcare’s 100,000 Associates across more than 130 countries work towards one purpose every day: A BETTER WORLD FOR PETS.

An inspirational and purpose-driven leader, Loic fosters an entrepreneurial environment where businesses and people can flourish. During his eight years as the Global President of Royal Canin, Loic had a profound impact including doubling the turnover of the business, driving significant transformation in digital and direct to consumer (D2C), and significantly building a diverse talent bank. Under Loic’s leadership, Royal Canin has also evolved to be a global leader in health through nutrition, embracing a model that has a positive impact on society; illustrated by its recent commitment to carbon neutrality. Loic currently sits on the board of Vetsource, a Mars-owned company.

Loic joined Mars nearly 30 years ago as a trainee in Finance, after completing his MBA from The Burgundy School of Business in France and a postgraduate on Emerging Markets Economy at the Prague University of Economics. He went on to hold a number of finance and senior management positions across Mars where his focus on innovation, premium quality and improved operational efficiency led to his appointment to General Manager of Pet Nutrition Germany in 2008.

In his spare time, Loic enjoys outdoor activities such as hiking, skiing and running. Loic lives in Brussels with his wife, their two children and a high-spirited boxer, Coco.
