Mike Carabok

Mike Carabok is an accomplished executive serving as CSCO and VP Global Supply at Mars Snacking since May 1994, overseeing a global supply network that includes over 50 factories and more than 17,000 associates. With a focus on safety, quality, and service, Mike has held various leadership roles within Mars, including VP Global Supply Chain and Supply Chain VP for Chocolate in Europe and Eurasia, contributing to the effective management of supply chains across multiple regions. Prior to Mars, Mike worked at Midlands Electricity in safety risk management and construction, and Mike holds an MBA from Warwick Business School along with advanced degrees in Electrical Power Engineering and Electrical & Electronic Engineering from the University of Strathclyde.
