Molly McCall

Molly McCall is an experienced business solutions leader with a strong background in strategic revenue management, having served as the Business Solutions Lead at Mars from February 2017 to July 2024. In this role, Molly led the strategic overhaul of SRM systems, including field forecasting, Trade Promotion Management, and Trade Promotion Optimization. Previous positions at Mars included Trade Promotion Excellence Manager and Sales Systems Project Manager, focusing on data integrity and system integration for seamless operations. Prior to Mars, Molly worked at Accenture as a finance consultant specializing in SAP ERM implementation and was part of Motorola's Finance Rotational Program, where responsibilities included financial data analysis and reporting. Molly holds an MBA in Management Accounting and Financial Management and Control from DePaul Driehaus College of Business and a BS in Finance from The University of Iowa Tippie College of Business.
