Olivier Dietrich is a seasoned IT professional with extensive experience in enterprise architecture and technology strategy. Currently serving as Senior IT Enterprise Architect and Technology Strategy & Transformation Lead at Mars since February 2016, Olivier played a key role in establishing the Enterprise Architecture practice and leading the Technology domain. Prior experience at Novartis, spanning from October 1997 to December 2015, includes various leadership roles such as Senior IT Director and Global IT Business Program Manager, where Olivier provided strategic direction and developed innovative IT capabilities aligned with business objectives. Olivier holds a Master's Degree in IT Engineering from UTBM.
