Pierre Lhoest

Pierre Lhoest is an experienced professional in sales and marketing within the pet care industry, currently serving as Sales Head and Key Accounts Director at Mars Petcare France since November 2015, overseeing P&L accountability of approximately €500 million and managing a team of over 20 associates. Prior roles at Mars included Business Unit Director for Petcare Europe, where Pierre handled a €600 million business, and Portfolio Director, responsible for managing a brand portfolio worth over $2 billion. Previous experience includes a consultancy role at Bain & Company focused on private equity and consumer goods, as well as early career involvement in revamping an SME in the food sector. Pierre holds a Master’s degree in Business Engineering from Solvay Brussels School of Economics and Management and has participated in an international exchange program at HEC Montréal.
