Renato Monteiro

Renato Monteiro serves as the Chief Technology Officer for Mars Petcare since August 2012, overseeing digital technologies and collaborating with divisional CIOs and business leaders to enhance digital capabilities and strategies. Renato has held several key positions within Mars, including General Manager for Latin America, where growth was achieved through effective talent management and diversity initiatives, as well as Senior Director of IT Strategy Planning, focusing on IT service strategy and transformation. Previous experience includes leadership roles at Unilever, where Renato managed significant IT business transformation projects across the Americas, and earlier positions in technology architecture and software development. Renato holds an MBA from Fundação Dom Cabral and additional degrees in IT Strategic Management and Information Systems.
