Rose Shipley is currently a research scientist at the Waltham Petcare Science Institute, engaged in the Mars Leadership Experience at Mars Petcare for three years. They graduated with first-class honors from the University of Leeds, where they completed an integrated master's degree in Biology, focusing their dissertation on the effects of grain-free diets on canine heart health. In addition to their academic pursuits, Rose served as the club secretary for the University of Leeds Women's Rugby Union club and has participated in various roles ranging from backstage assistant in theater to customer service in hospitality. Rose finds energy and inspiration through sport and exercise, enjoying activities such as climbing, hiking, running, and playing football.
