Saskia Connell currently serves as the Organisational Design lead for Europe and Central Eurasia at Mars since May 2025. Prior to this role, Saskia held the position of P&O Director (CHRO) at Linnaeus, part of Mars Veterinary Health, from July 2021 to May 2025. Saskia's extensive experience at Mars includes various leadership roles such as P&O Head (HR Director) for Mars Wrigley Germany and Global Talent and Learning Director for Wrigley. With a strong background in organizational development, talent management, and transformation, Saskia has also contributed to the integration of Mars Chocolate and Wrigley. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from Knox College and a Master's in Education from Paedagogische Hochschule Freiburg, focusing on Adult Education and Social Work.
