Teresa Fernandes

Teresa Fernandes is an accomplished technology executive with extensive experience in digital transformation and project management in the consumer goods industry. Currently serving as the VP, Chief Digital & Information Officer at Mars Pet Nutrition Europe and the Regional CIO for Mars Wrigley North America & KIND EMEA, Teresa leads digital technology initiatives with a focus on strategic execution and budget management exceeding $50M. With a strong background in SAP and Oracle implementations, Teresa has successfully directed numerous complex transformation programs and global roll-outs, demonstrating expertise in both Agile and Waterfall methodologies. Prior roles include significant leadership positions at essence IT, Bayer, and IBM, where Teresa consistently delivered high-quality project outcomes and enhanced operational efficiencies. Teresa holds a degree in Computing Science from Pontifícia Universidade Católica de Campinas.
