Tessa Gould is a seasoned leader in digital growth and transformation, currently serving as the Digital Growth & Transformation Lead at Mars Petcare since June 2023. With significant experience in advisory roles, Tessa also contributes as an Advisor and Chief Executive Officer at Made by Nacho, a premium cat food brand within Mars Petcare's portfolio, and serves as a Beachhead Advisor for New Zealand Trade and Enterprise, providing strategic insights for New Zealand businesses entering the U.S. market. Tessa's prior roles include Group CMO at Kinship, Head of Revenue & Growth at SoulCycle, Chief Operating Officer at mindbodygreen.com, and leadership positions at Quillt and BuzzFeed, where Tessa drove substantial growth initiatives. Tessa holds a Bachelor of Law (Honors) and a Bachelor’s degree in Commerce from The University of Auckland, as well as completing RYT 200hr Teacher Training at Lighthouse Yoga Studio.
