Tyler Grubbs serves as the Factory Operational Technology (OT) Program Manager at Mars, responsible for leading Factory OT initiatives across 13 North American manufacturing sites to establish secure and standardized operational environments. With a history of over $100M in project delivery as a Regional Project Engineer and extensive experience overseeing control systems, IT infrastructure, and digital technology, Tyler has significantly contributed to operational efficiency. Previous roles included managing Factory Controls and IT at the Waco site and working as an Automation Technician, where Tyler developed automated systems that enhanced production. Tyler holds a Master of Science in Quality and Engineering Management and a Bachelor of Applied Arts & Science in Manufacturing & Industrial Management from Tarleton State University, alongside an Associate degree in Electrical Power & Control from Texas State Technical College.
