Scott Williams has a BA in Sociology from Brock University and a Diploma in Culinary Management from George Brown College. Scott has worked at Marsan Foods Limited since May 2008, where Scott holds various roles such as Manager of Product Development & Innovation, Business Development - Foodservice, and Product Development Chef. Prior to that, Scott completed an internship at Compliments Culinary Centre.
