Lorraine Androlia

Lorraine Androlia has over 20 years of experience in the insurance industry. Lorraine worked at Zurich Insurance plc for 21 years, starting as a Claims Handler in 1997 and progressing to various management roles, including Claims Team Manager, Southern Operations Manager - Field Force Team, and Regional Claims Manager. In these roles, they were responsible for overseeing claims operations, managing staff, and ensuring compliance with regulations. In 2019, they joined JELF INSURANCE BROKERS LIMITED as the Southern Regional Claims Director. Lorraine then moved to Marsh Commercial later in the same year, where they currently hold the position of Head of Commercial Claims Operations. In this role, they provide leadership and operational oversight to the commercial claims teams, recruits talent, and shapes the structure and alignment of the claims function.

Lorraine Androlia attended Bartley Green from 1986 to 1991 and Cadbury Sixth Form College from 1991 to 1993. The degree and field of study for both institutions are not specified. Lorraine Androlia also obtained the ACII certification from the Chartered Insurance Institute in September 2018 and a Diploma in Development Management from Northumbria University in December 2013.
