Ala Fryt

Ala Fryt has extensive experience in the insurance industry, beginning as an Insurance Consultant at RBS from April 2007 to December 2011, focusing on new business for RBS and NatWest bank network. Subsequently, Ala served as a Commercial Insurance Broker at Towergate Insurance from January 2011 to April 2013, specializing in new client acquisition. Ala returned to RBS Insurance as a Senior Insurance Consultant from April 2011 to August 2013, where responsibilities included technical training and team leadership. From August 2013 to August 2016, Ala worked at Jelf as a Financial Lines Broker, managing a portfolio of clients alongside Client Executives. Following this, Ala held the position of Corporate Client Advisor Team Leader at Marsh & McLennan Companies from August 2016 to October 2022, managing a book of corporate clients in the UK. Currently, since October 2022, Ala serves as the UK North Region Operations Leader at Marsh Corporate and Commercial, overseeing day-to-day operations and operational process improvements. Education was completed at the University of Gdansk.
