Nixon Thomas

Nixon Thomas is a seasoned professional with nearly 20 years of experience at Marsh, currently serving as Senior Vice President and Operations & Technology Leader for the Middle East and North Africa (MENA) region. In this role, Nixon oversees the execution of Operations and Technology initiatives to enhance productivity and efficiency across the region. Nixon previously held the position of Senior Vice President and Chief Information Officer for Marsh MENA, where responsibilities included managing projects, budgets, IT security, compliance, business continuity, and infrastructure. Prior to joining Marsh, Nixon worked as an IT Manager at Mercer from March 2004 to December 2008. Nixon holds a Post Graduate Diploma in Business Administration and Management from the Indian Institute of Management, Kozhikode, and a degree from Mangalore University. Early education was completed at St. Joseph's School Kidangoor.
