Tom Goulston

Tom Goulston is a digital leader specializing in climate and sustainability at Marsh since April 2018, overseeing technology and data within the global practice. Previously, Tom held positions as a digital product owner and chief of staff to the global CIO, where responsibilities included guiding global technology strategy and coordinating cross-functional projects. Prior to Marsh, Tom worked at Allianz Insurance as a change consultant focusing on digitalization initiatives and as a corporate management trainee, gaining experience across various divisions. Early in Tom's career, consulting for Proco Commodities involved talent acquisition in the energy and commodities markets. Tom holds a BA in International Relations from the University of Exeter and completed secondary education at Dulwich College.
