Heather Pellrin, MBA has a diverse work experience spanning over 25 years. Heather currently holds the position of Director Of Contracting and Sourcing at Springfield Clinic, starting in June 2022. Prior to this, they worked at Bayhealth for 7 years, where they served as a Strategic Sourcing Coordinator and Contract Analyst. In these roles, they were responsible for leading contracting functions, executing strategic sourcing programs, managing contract processes, and achieving expense management initiatives. Heather is currently pursuing a Doctor of Psychology degree in Industrial and Organizational Psychology in Organizational Leadership from Touro University Worldwide, a program they started in 2022 and is expected to complete in 2024. In 2010, they earned their Master's degree in Business Administration from Wilmington University. Prior to that, they obtained their Bachelor's degree in Psychology and Public Law from Old Dominion University in 2005. Heather has also completed an Associate's Degree in Biology and Chemistry from Tidewater Community College. Furthermore, they have obtained a certification in Leading Strategically from LinkedIn in 2023.
