Kristin Fyans

Kristin Fyans has a diverse work experience history. Starting in 2004, they worked as a Marketing Analyst for Ace Hardware Corporation, where they were responsible for coordinating in-store promotions and signage, as well as updating demographic data for sales forecasting. In 2007, they moved on to Kohl's Department Stores as a Gift Card Marketing Coordinator, managing the In-Store and Online gift card program and analyzing consumer trends in the industry. Kristin then joined Springfield Clinic in 2008 as a Marketing Specialist, eventually working their way up to the position of Director of Market Intelligence. At Springfield Clinic, they were responsible for web analytics, market research, and various marketing initiatives. Alongside their work at Springfield Clinic, Kristin held a series of leadership roles within the Springfield Area Chapter Association for Women in Communications, including VP of Membership, VP of Finance, Webmaster, and VP of Communications.

Kristin Fyans obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Marketing from Millikin University, between the years 1999 and 2002.
