Megan Nelson

Megan Nelson, SPHR, RACR, currently serves as a Senior Provider Recruiter at Springfield Clinic, a position held since April 2022. Prior to this role, Nelson was the Manager of Sourcing and Nurse Recruitment at Memorial Health System from November 2014 to April 2022, where responsibilities included managing recruitment teams, developing talent pools, and implementing sourcing technologies.
