Sunny Hampsey

Sunny Hampsey has a diverse work experience in the healthcare field. Starting in 2007, they worked at Memorial Health System (IL) as a Registered Nurse II in Oncology. After three years, they were promoted to Senior Research Nurse at the Regional Cancer Center. In 2012, they joined Springfield Clinic as an Oncology Nurse Navigator, a role they held for five years. Following that, they progressed to Director of Quality Management, then Senior Director of Quality Management. Currently, they are serving as the Vice President of Nursing at Springfield Clinic.

Sunny Hampsey has a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Benedictine University, which was completed in 2010. They also obtained an Associate Degree in Nursing from Rend Lake College in 2007. In terms of further education, Sunny Hampsey attained a Master of Science in Nursing from Benedictine University between 2015 and 2017. Additionally, they completed a Master of Business Administration from Benedictine University between 2017 and 2019.

In terms of certifications, Sunny Hampsey is a Registered Nurse certified by the Illinois Department of Financial and Professional Regulation. They also hold a Lean Six Sigma Executive White Belt certification from Memorial Health System (IL).
