Ian Ray

Ian Ray is an experienced leader in operations and project management, currently serving as Head of Operations at Marshall Land Systems since January 2017, where significant contributions include site transformation and high-performance strategy implementation. Ian's expertise encompasses digital transformation, as demonstrated through leadership in the digitalisation programme and successful deployment of the new ERP system. A notable achievement includes the delivery of the Moncton factory's Initial Operating Capability in October 2023. Ian's earlier roles span project management and engineering positions at prominent companies such as Airbus and EADS APSYS, with a solid educational foundation in Aerospace Engineering from the University of Bath.
