Roger Hardy

Roger is an engineer with extensive leadership experience in the defence industry across all three services, Air Force, Army and Navy. His executive career has been predominantly with Babcock International with a number of senior roles. He brings to the Board a focus of safety, stakeholder engagement, programme and project delivery, international business winning, strong operational performance and team building.
