Sarah Broderick

Sarah Broderick currently serves as the Head of Strategy at Marshall, collaborating with the Chief Growth Officer and teams on commercial strategy projects for the Marshall Engineering business lines. Additionally, Sarah is the Founder of Calico & Goose Ventures, which focuses on incubating sustainable engineering products. Sarah's experience includes being a member of Pavilion, formerly known as Revenue Collective, where participation in various executive programs occurred. Previously, Sarah held roles such as Head of Customer Success at Circit, COO and Co-Founder at Connect4, and Chief Revenue Officer at Clinked.com, where a significant revenue growth was achieved. Earlier roles include Associate Director positions at IHS Markit and Ipreo Private Capital Markets, Director at B13 Ventures, and consulting work with Infosys. Sarah holds an MBA from both Cambridge Judge Business School and the University of Cambridge, in addition to a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Northeastern University.
