Rachel Collins, MBA, RHIA has a diverse work experience in the healthcare industry. Rachel started their career in 2014 as an Intake Coordinator at UnitedHealth Group. Rachel then joined Acadiana Management Group in 2015, where they held various roles including Director of Health Information Management, Director of Operations, Chief Executive Officer, and Chief Operating Officer. In these positions, Rachel was responsible for managing expenses, financial analysis, team building, and overseeing departments such as admissions, case management, pharmacy, quality control, and housekeeping.
