Leeann Hadgis, M.B.A., B.S.N., R.N. is currently working as the Vice President of Ambulatory Clinical Operations at Marshall Medical Center starting from November 2021. Prior to this, they worked at Sutter Lakeside Hospital from February 2014 to November 2021, where they held the positions of Director of Ambulatory Clinics and Clinic Manager. In their role as Director of Ambulatory Clinics, Leeann spearheaded the planning and implementation of medical scribe solutions, expanded the number of providers in the clinics, and achieved Patient Centered Medical Home recognition. Before joining Sutter Lakeside Hospital, they worked at Sutter Pacific Medical Foundation as a Care Center Manager from March 2013 to February 2014. During their time there, they successfully facilitated the licensure of the foundation care center as a community clinic with Rural Health Clinic designation. Leeann also has experience as a Diabetes Educator, Case Manager, and Lead Nurse at Mendocino Community Health Clinic, Inc. from January 2011 to March 2013, where they played a key role in developing a comprehensive diabetes education and case management program. Prior to their healthcare career, they owned and operated their own photography business from July 2010 to March 2013.
Leeann Hadgis, M.B.A., B.S.N., R.N. completed their education history with a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) in Healthcare Management from Western Governors University in 2019. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelors of Science in Nursing from Sonoma State University in the years 2004-2007. Leeann began their education at Santa Rosa Junior College from 1996-2002, earning an Associate of Science (A.S.) degree in Registered Nursing/Registered Nurse. Leeann further received certifications as a Certified Rural Health Clinic Professional from the National Association of Rural Health Clinics in 2018 and became a Registered Nurse following licensing by the California Board of Registered Nursing in 2002.
