Jing Xu

Jing Xu currently serves as Sole Counsel APAC at Marshall Wace, beginning in April 2022. Prior to this role, Jing served as a Corporate Attorney at Citadel from May 2020 to January 2022 and held positions at JPMorgan Chase & Co. as Vice President and Assistant General Counsel from November 2016 to May 2020, as well as at Nomura as a Lawyer for AEJ Structured Derivatives from March 2014 to October 2016. Jing Xu specializes in transactional law, particularly in equity derivatives, corporate derivatives, and structured OTC derivatives. Academic credentials include a Juris Doctor and a Graduate Diploma in Legal Practice from UNSW, a Master of Finance from UNSW, and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the Questrom School of Business at Boston University.
