Currently serving as a Portfolio Manager at Marshall Wace since June 2023, Nick Vedder implements a long/short dedicated REIT strategy. Prior to this role, Nick Vedder spent over 13 years as a Senior Analyst at George Weiss Associates, focusing on hedge fund analysis within the REIT sector. Nick Vedder began their career as an Analyst at Green Street Advisors from April 2006 to April 2010.
