Aaron McBride

Aaron McBride is an experienced industrial engineering professional with a strong background in continuous improvement and facility management. Currently serving as the Industrial Engineering Manager at Marshalltown since August 2023, Aaron previously held several roles at PLP from March 2009 to August 2023, including Facility Manager and Continuous Improvement Manager, where responsibilities encompassed leading teams in lean initiatives and managing continuous improvement activities. Prior to PLP, Aaron worked at Dayco from October 1998 to November 2008 as a Plant Industrial Engineer, focusing on labor standards, logistics management, and safety training within the automotive supply chain. Aaron holds a Bachelor of Science in Industrial Engineering from the University of Arkansas, earned between 1997 and 2000.
