Mat Weeks

Mat Weeks is an experienced sales and business development professional with a diverse background spanning multiple industries. Currently serving as the AR OK & W MO Regional Sales Representative at Marshalltown, Mat supports ongoing tool sales and expands into new markets. Previous roles include Business Development Strategist and West Coast Sales Representative at RC Fasteners & Components Inc., where significant revenue growth and prospect expansion were achieved. Mat has also worked in sales and design consulting in the pool and home improvement sectors, demonstrated leadership as a pastor and children's director in various churches, and managed environmental projects for the Arizona Department of Environmental Quality. Mat holds a Bachelor of Science in Philosophy and Religious Studies from Baptist Bible College and an Associate of Science in Environmental Support Specialist from the Community College of the United States Air Force.
