Chuck Nelson

Chuck Nelson serves as the Chief Planning and Strategy Officer at Marshfield Clinic Health System since December 2022. Previously, Chuck held multiple executive roles, including Chief Operating Officer for Michigan and Chief Executive Officer of Dickinson County Health System, where innovative healthcare solutions were developed. As President and Managing Partner at Xeratec, Chuck focused on IT service solutions in various sectors, and as Regional CEO at Aspirus, Chuck oversaw operations in a significant healthcare region. Earlier experience includes roles at Keweenaw Memorial Medical Center and C-Tech Industries, with an initial career at General Motors in manufacturing engineering. Chuck holds a Master’s degree in Business Administration from Central Michigan University and a Bachelor's degree in Business and Engineering from Michigan Technological University.
