Andy Pickard

Andy Pickard has over a decade of experience in fraud operations and intelligence within the insurance industry. Andy currently works for Marshmallow as the Policy Fraud Operations Lead and previously held the role of Fraud Lead at the same company. Prior to Marshmallow, Andy worked at esure as both an Intelligence Team Leader and Financial Crime Intelligence Officer. Andy also spent time at AXA as a Counter Fraud Data Team Analyst.

Andy Pickard attended The University of Huddersfield from 2007 to 2011, where they obtained a BA (Hons) degree in Business Computing. In 2017, they also obtained a certification in ACF Tech from DIGILOG UK LIMITED.
