Izzy Sharpe

Izzy Sharpe is a dedicated professional with a diverse background in counseling and customer service. Currently serving as a Student Counselor at The Freedom Project since January 2025, Izzy also holds the position of Retention Team Lead at Marshmallow, overseeing a team of 14 customer loyalty agents and focusing on enhancing retention rates and employee engagement. With prior experience as a Steering Committee Member for Suicide Bereavement Support Cumbria and various roles in customer service and care, including positions at HC-One and Newcastle University, Izzy has developed strong skills in team management, social media engagement, and personalized care strategies. Izzy is pursuing a Level 4 Diploma in Counselling at Heartwood College, following a degree in Psychology from Newcastle University.
