László Csereklei

László Csereklei is an experienced software engineering leader currently serving as a Senior Engineering Manager at Marshmallow, overseeing the Claims Tech area. Previously, László held multiple leadership roles at Instructure, including VP of Software Engineering and Budapest Site Lead, where responsibilities encompassed managing Data and Insights teams and engineering for Category and Analytics products across Europe and the USA. László also contributed to Itron, Inc. as a Senior Product Development Manager and had a significant tenure at IBM, managing various engineering teams within Watson Media focused on machine learning. Earlier experience includes roles at Ericsson and Nokia Siemens Networks, where László led cross-functional teams and drove Agile transitions in large R&D organizations, as well as co-founding and serving as CEO of Onebitheroes, a company dedicated to MMORPG development. László holds a Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering from the Budapest University of Technology and Economics.
