Shyam Kapadia

Shyam Kapadia is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in strategy and corporate development across various sectors, particularly in FinTech and supply chain management. Currently serving as Chief of Staff at Marshmallow since February 2025, Shyam previously held the position of Strategy Director at Floww, driving strategy and special projects for the Series B FinTech firm backed by the London Stock Exchange Group. Prior roles include Strategy Lead at Beacon for a supply chain platform supported by notable investors such as Jeff Bezos and Marc Benioff, as well as an MBA internship in Strategy & Corporate Development at LiveRamp. Shyam's background also encompasses corporate strategy roles at Jackson Hewitt Tax Service and Credit Suisse, alongside earlier positions in investment banking and finance. Shyam holds an MBA from the University of Cambridge and a B.B.A. in Banking & Finance from The University of Georgia.
