Xenofon Papadopoulos

Xenofon Papadopoulos has a strong background in software development and engineering management. Xenofon is currently serving as the VP of Engineering at Marshmallow, where they manage eight engineering and TechOps teams and oversees planning, resource allocation, and delivery. Xenofon has also worked at Amazon UK as a Software Development Manager, where they led the development and execution of a global Prime Video Promotions program. Prior to that, they were the Head of Software Development at BCSG, where they focused on improving code quality and test automation. Xenofon has also held positions at Upstream, where they managed multidisciplinary teams, established automated testing processes, and implemented a new SOA and big-data platform. Earlier in their career, Xenofon worked as a Technical Manager at the e-Governance Unit, a Freelance Software Engineering Consultant, a Software Engineer at IBM, and a Programmer at ANCO S.A. Xenofon Papadopoulos obtained a Master of Science (MSc) degree in Software Engineering from the University of Oxford in the years 2010 to 2013.
