Elizabeth F. brings extensive experience in operations and strategic management, currently serving as SVP Operations and Partner Management for Transportation and Mobility at Marsh McLennan since November 2021. Previously, Elizabeth held key leadership roles at Allstate from June 2006 to November 2021, including Director of Shared Economy Strategic Accounts, where contributions included designing a Shared Economy Operating Model and building partnerships with strategic business partners. Additional roles at Allstate included Practice Leader for Management Consulting Services and Senior Manager positions in operational services and Six Sigma methodologies. Prior to Allstate, Elizabeth served as Vice President of Operations and Strategic Accounts at Echo Global Logistics and held various leadership positions at General Electric. Elizabeth holds an MBA from Loyola University Chicago and a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Iowa.
