Jordan O'Keefe

Jordan O'Keefe is a seasoned communications professional with extensive experience in internal communications and workplace advisory roles. Currently serving as the Regional Internal Communications Leader (VP) for Marsh McLennan since September 2025, Jordan previously held various positions at Edelman from May 2021 to September 2025, including Senior Account Manager and Account Manager, focusing on workplace advisory. Prior experience includes serving as a Senior Account Executive and Account Executive at Rostrum, managing client accounts in the financial and professional services sectors. Jordan's career began with internships at ANM Comms and Rostrum, as well as work experience at Maltin PR and Thomson Reuters, complemented by a Bachelor's degree in Communication and Media Studies from Swansea University.
