Kristen M. Fitzgerald

Kristen M. Fitzgerald, JD, CIPP/US, currently serves as Privacy Counsel at Marsh McLennan, a position held since April 2023. Previously, Kristen held the title of Senior Compliance Officer, Privacy at Marsh McLennan Agency from November 2021 to June 2023, where responsibilities included overseeing the Privacy Compliance Program and ensuring adherence to various federal and state privacy laws. Prior to that, Kristen was the Compliance, Privacy & Quality Assurance Officer and In-House Counsel at InformedDNA (July 2016 - October 2021), managing legal matters and third-party communications. Additional experience includes roles as Regional Compliance Manager at Shriners Hospitals for Children, Senior Regulatory Compliance Legal Specialist at UF Health, Director of MSA Services at ISO Claims Partners, and Foreclosure and Bankruptcy Attorney at a mid-size law firm. Kristen holds a Bachelor of Arts in History from Princeton University and a Juris Doctor from Suffolk University Law School.
