Mark McGivney

Mr. McGivney has held a number of senior financial management positions since joining the Company in 2007, including Chief Financial Officer of Marsh and Chief Financial Officer and Chief Operating Officer of Mercer. In his most recent role as Senior Vice President, Corporate Finance of Marsh & McLennan Companies, Mr. McGivney was responsible for leading and directing the Company’s Corporate Development, Treasury and Investor Relations functions. His prior experience includes senior positions at The Hanover Insurance Group, including serving as Senior Vice President of Finance, Treasurer, and Chief Financial Officer of the Property & Casualty business, and investment banking positions at Merrill Lynch and Salomon Brothers.
