Naomi Khan is an accomplished human resources leader with extensive experience in various senior roles across multiple organizations. Currently serving as the North American HR Practice Leader and Senior Vice President at Marsh McLennan since May 2021, Naomi previously held positions as the Senior Vice President and Country Leader for Human Resources at Marsh, as well as the Head of Human Resources at Travelers Canada. With a strong background in strategic talent solutions, organizational design, and talent management, Naomi has successfully led HR teams in enhancing employee engagement and retention while driving business goals.
