Nicole Oke

Nicole Oke is a seasoned HR leader with extensive experience in strategic human resources management. Currently serving as Mercer US HR Leader and Senior People Partner at Marsh McLennan since September 2019, Nicole oversees a team supporting approximately 4,000 People Managers and is accountable for HR service delivery and promoting a culture of belonging. Prior to this role, Nicole held various senior HR positions at Motorola Solutions from 2006 to 2019, including Senior HR Director for Global Products, where oversight extended to around 9,000 employees. Earlier, Nicole worked at ACS, Inc. as a Project Manager and at Motorola in several roles related to HR operations and technology. Nicole holds a BA in Business Administration from Illinois State University and an MBA from Keller Graduate School of Management of DeVry University.
