Paulo Garcia

Paulo Garcia is a seasoned executive in the insurance industry, currently serving as Managing Director & CEO of Marsh & McLennan Companies since May 2012, having previously held roles such as Deputy CEO and Senior Vice President across various functions. With a focus on sales and business development, Paulo has a proven track record of monitoring performance metrics and implementing strategic initiatives. Prior experience includes Vice President of Sales & Account Management at Trinity Insurance Brokers Inc., where management of the Sales & Account Management Group was a key responsibility, and leading the Business Development Center at Zurich Insurance Company Ltd. Paulo holds an MBA from Ateneo Graduate School of Business and a BA in Philosophy from the University of the Philippines.
