Prashant Shivhare

Prashant Shivhare is an experienced professional in quality engineering and technology management, currently serving as Associate Director - MercerTech Quality Engineering at Marsh McLennan since April 2019, where responsibilities include managing an end-to-end integration delivery team within a strategic Capex program using the Scaled Agile framework (SAFe). Previously, Prashant held the position of Lead - Global Tech QE at JLT Group from August 2011 to March 2019, leading a Scrum team and implementing a continuous workflow model through Scrumban. Prashant's career began as a Senior Test Analyst at Lionbridge from September 2008 to June 2011, and academic qualifications include a Bachelor of Engineering (B.E.) in Electronics from the University of Mumbai, as well as HSC and SSC from Atomic Energy Junior College and Atomic Energy Central School, respectively.
