Richard Summerell

Richard Summerell is currently serving as the Global Head of Network Service Delivery at MarshMcLennan since December 2021, and has been the Head of EMEA Networks at Marsh & McLennan Companies since July 2016. Prior experience includes a notable tenure at Barclays, where Richard was the Global Head of Network Solutions from November 2000 to July 2016 and worked as a Senior Network Engineer on contract for Barclays Capital in 2000. Additional roles include senior network engineering positions at Cable & Wireless Data Services, Cable & Wireless Communications, and Nynex. Richard holds a BA (Hons) in Geography from the University of Brighton and a Master of Science (MSc) in Information Systems from the University of Portsmouth.
