Silke Otte

Silke Otte is a seasoned marketing and communications professional with extensive experience in B2B marketing across various industries. Currently serving as the Marketing & Communications Leader for Europe at Marsh McLennan since April 2023, Otte previously held the position of Marketing Leader for Germany and Austria at Mercer Deutschland GmbH. Otte's career also includes roles such as Chief Marketing Officer at Innoplexus and paydirekt GmbH, where responsibilities included brand building and coordination of marketing activities. At Union Investment, Otte was Director of Marketing, contributing to strategy development and management boards. Otte has also served on the Supervisory Board of VisualVest and held marketing positions at Sage, Citi, and M-S-B+K Direkt Marketing. Otte holds a Master’s Degree in Nutritional Science and Household Economics from Kiel University.
